Situated at the glade on the edge of the forest in the area which is a great place to start strolling along the sea or in the surroundings, and to active rest. Around there is a lot of fresh air and nature. To experience them both you do not have to do nothing more but to go to the house's veranda.

Our houses were built in 75% from purely ecological materials. The unique formula of thermal insulation gives the impression of air-conditioned rooms. For instance, when the temperature in summer is about 30°C in the outside, in our houses there will not be warmer than 19 to 20°C (and in the evening conversely). When it is colder our houses will provide you with nice and closed-circle atmosphere of home.

Nearby there is an open-air kindergarten and a car park. There is also a place where you can grill with your family or friends whenever you want to.
